Villanova assumes as paramount the commitment to preserve the right to privacy of its customers, creating conditions that guarantee the selectivity and relevance of the personal data collected and providing the customer with ways to access, change, or withdraw their information within the current legal framework.

All personal data of customers that appear in our databases were provided directly to Villanova by their owners in person, by telephone, or using forms sent electronically or on paper, always with their prior consent and for the purposes indicated at the time of collection.

The personal data collected are generally those that allow Villanova to develop direct marketing promotional campaigns or send institutional information. The information collection process can occur in person at our points of sale with our technician, on our website at https://villanova.pt/, in campaigns that involve the collection of electronic or paper forms, filled out and sent by the customer, and by telephone contact in calls received or made by our Customer Service.

Villanova does not transmit the personal data of its customers to third parties, with the exceptions provided by law and within the framework regulated by the National Commission for Data Protection, with the intention of being used by them for purposes other than those indicated in the collection process. Villanova can, however, subcontract tasks to external entities (for example, transport services) with the objective of providing the customer with the service they contracted. In these cases, only the strictly necessary identification data will be shared, always with the objective of fulfilling the initial purpose indicated in the collection form.
